1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CRO Bot ("the Service"), operated by CRO Bot ("we", "us", "our"), a business based in Alberta, Canada, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CRO Bot provides AI-powered website analysis and conversion rate optimization reports. Each report includes automated audits covering page speed, SEO, security, UX, mobile responsiveness, checkout flow, competitor research, and growth strategies.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this Service.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must provide a valid email address. We use passwordless authentication (magic links) to verify your identity. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payments and Pricing

Each website analysis report is a one-time purchase. The current price is displayed at the time of checkout. All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the Service (AI-generated reports that are delivered immediately), refunds are generally not provided. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your report, please contact us and we will work to resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.

6. Report Delivery

Reports are generated automatically after payment and typically complete within 5-15 minutes. Report availability is subject to system capacity and third-party service availability. We do not guarantee specific completion times.

7. Intellectual Property

The reports generated for you are for your personal or business use. You may share your reports with colleagues, clients, or team members. You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label reports generated by the Service without our written consent.

All other content on the platform, including but not limited to the design, code, branding, and AI models, remains the intellectual property of CRO Bot.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to analyze websites you do not own or have authorization to analyze
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms
• Use automated tools or scripts to access the Service in bulk
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any report or analysis. Reports are AI-generated and should be used as guidance, not as professional consulting advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CRO Bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
