1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using CRO Bot ("the Service"), available at cro-bot.com and operated by UGO Media ("we", "us", "our"), a business based in Alberta, Canada, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CRO Bot is a digital product that provides AI-powered website analysis and conversion rate optimization reports. Each report is a one-time purchase priced at $19.99 CAD (plus applicable taxes) and includes automated audits covering page speed, SEO, security, UX, mobile responsiveness, checkout flow, competitor research, and growth strategies. Reports are delivered digitally and generated immediately upon payment.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this Service.
4. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must provide a valid email address. We use passwordless authentication (magic links) to verify your identity. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Payments and Pricing
Each website analysis report is a one-time purchase of $19.99 CAD (plus applicable taxes). The final price including taxes is displayed at the time of checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
6. No Refunds Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Because CRO Bot delivers a digital product that is generated and made available immediately upon payment, all purchases are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Misspelled URLs: If you enter an incorrect or misspelled website URL, no refund will be provided.
- Incorrect URLs: If you submit a URL that does not correspond to the website you intended to analyze, no refund will be provided.
- Duplicate purchases: If you purchase a report for a URL that you have already analyzed, no refund will be provided.
- Dissatisfaction with results: Reports are AI-generated and results may vary. No refund will be provided based on dissatisfaction with the report content.
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the URL you submit before completing your purchase. We strongly recommend double-checking your URL on the checkout page before confirming payment.
If you experience a genuine technical failure where the system fails to generate or deliver your report entirely (not a content quality issue), please contact us at support@cro-bot.com and we will investigate and, at our sole discretion, re-run the analysis or issue a credit.
7. Digital Product Delivery
Reports are digital products generated automatically after payment and typically complete within 5-15 minutes. Once generated, reports are accessible through your account on cro-bot.com. Report availability is subject to system capacity and third-party service availability. We do not guarantee specific completion times. Delivery is considered complete once the report is available in your account dashboard.
8. Intellectual Property
The reports generated for you are licensed for your personal or business use. You may share your reports with colleagues, clients, or team members. You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label reports generated by the Service without our prior written consent.
All other content on the platform, including but not limited to the design, source code, branding, trademarks, and AI models, remains the sole intellectual property of UGO Media. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property except the limited license to use your purchased reports as described above.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to analyze websites you do not own or have authorization to analyze
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms
- Use automated tools or scripts to access the Service in bulk
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We are not obligated to provide refunds for any previously purchased reports in the event of account termination. You may also request account deletion at any time by contacting support@cro-bot.com.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any report or analysis. Reports are AI-generated and should be used as guidance only, not as a substitute for professional consulting advice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including the laws of the Province of Alberta and Canada, UGO Media, its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to UGO Media for the specific report giving rise to the claim.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta, Canada. You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
